prices of computer equipment for blind people

I've got a question for all participants from Syria: On the Internet I found computer equipment for blind people, all costing 100-10000 Euros. That are 6800-680000 Lira. My question is whether such products cost that much as well in Syria. Thank you for your Support! Valentin
